"Good afternoon,

My name is Dianne Montgomery. I am the merchandising manager for Canadian singer/songwriter Feist. I'm writing to let you know how pleased I am with the service I received from the Best Cap/Wheat Buckley team, led by Suzanne Presinal.

I came to Best Cap/Wheat Buckley in the late afternoon on Friday, October 17th, urgently needing help with a T-shirt which had a design that was not selling well. Feist was scheduled to play the Saddledome the following evening and we hoped to add a new print to the shirt which
would help its appeal. We needed to print approximately 1200 shirts in less than 24 hours.

Suzanne handled this short-notice request with an incredible amount of grace. My original idea for a print didn't work. Suzanne and Jamie Laing brainstormed a design that did work. When our original custom-made font wasn't of good enough quality to enlarge, Jamie and Suzanne painstakingly recreated it. The colour I wanted wasn't available in quantity enough to complete the run. No problem, Suzanne was on the phone with the supplier. We needed the shirts next day noon. No problem, Suzanne was in the workshop assembling a team to come in on a Saturday morning.

The next night at the Saddledome, that worst-selling shirt became the best seller!

In short, I was wildly impressed with this team's creativity, efficiency and professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with them."
